Every personalized sign is planned as a made-to-order product. Final production times, shipping methods, destinations, and rates will be added after the fulfillment supplier is connected.
Personalized orders
Because customized items are created using buyer-supplied wording, personalized products are generally not returnable for preference changes or spelling submitted incorrectly by the buyer.
Damage or production errors
Final instructions for reporting damage, defects, or production errors will be added before products are launched. Keep all packaging and photograph any damage immediately after delivery.

What you type is what gets made. Before you hit "add to cart," double-check spelling, capitalization, and your established year — "The Millers" and "THE MILLERS" are two different signs. Names fit best at [X] characters or fewer; longer names may render smaller to fit the panel. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, contact us within [X] hours and we'll catch it before production starts. After that, the steel's already being cut.
